The Only Wedding Planning Checklist You Need

Planning a wedding is stressful. But, if you have enough time, a proper timeline and a wedding checklist – the ones that those wedding organizers always carry with them on their clipboards – you would know exactly when you’ll need suppliers like your Sydney wedding photographer.

12 months before:

  • Envision the big day: think of themes, color coordination, etc.

  • Schedule and venues: when and where do you want it to be?

  • Budgeting: how much are you willing to spend?

  • Guest list: Whom do you want to celebrate with you?

8 to 10 months before:

  • Bridal shopping: Fit different gowns, buy accessories for the wedding

  • Plan reception food

6 to 8 months before:

  • Book make-up artist and go for a trial run.

–      Call your guests to RSVP

–      Make additional reservations for accommodation

–      Book transportation for the day

Days leading to the big day:

–      Relax. If you followed your checklist and if you chose your suppliers well, you wouldn’t have any problems to worry about.
